The state of California will now be requiring a California Food Handlers Card within 30 days of being hired.
State Law regarding food handling requires that any employees hired before June 1, 2011 will be required to take a food handler course by July 1, 2011
Any one who will be handling food that was hired after the 1st of June will need to complete the course within 30 days of the date of hire.
